Fantec offers an excellent range of thermal paper products. We are experts at making paper for all cash registers, POS systems, financial institutions, gaming, hospitality, medical, government, and retail sectors. Thermal paper is manufactured with a unique coating and has ink-less printing. When heat is applied, then a clear image is formed on the paper with no messy ribbons or ink. The image is high definition staying intact for long periods making it reliable with documents, etc. The leading country at making thermal paper is China, making it easier to source excellent raw materials for providing a more high-end finished product at a good price.

Thermal Paper Quality Control

This Cotton Tote bag is made out of virgin raw material, which is bleached and also available in recycled material. The flat cotton handles are the same as the bag, which are very strong and comfortable when carrying heavier loads. This whole bag has been sewn, with an X stitching on the handles where it joins the upper inner lip over fold of the bag, for extra strength. The sewing of the inner sides and bottom of the cotton tote bag, can be done two different ways, either with  straight stitching or interlocking which is slightly stronger. The bag has a 12cm expandable bottom, with no expandable sides. The cotton fabric comes in a range of thickness, known as (gsm), depending on the strength of the bag required. We can also apply screen printing or digital printing, depending on your choice. Please see our printing explanation and video below.

The plastic core wind the paper into rolls, and equipment in some cases, insert metal flanges into the core to move it forward, so the correct core diameter is important.

Our latest injection molding machines manufacture the cores, and we can make them to specifications.

The cores are burr-free, smooth, and high-grade quality.

79mm Paper Core

79 mm paper core for cash register rolls is categorized for the 80mm thermal paper roll category.

The core winds the paper on equipment inserts into the core, then moves the paper forward so the metal flanges important for the right core diameter size.

In other cases, we use different equipment cradles to house the rolls. Paper is then pulled onto the printer by friction. The core has no purpose.
